Everyone that represents this product cares about your purchasing and ownership experience. If this sounds like an endorsement, or as if we are advocates of these bikes as well as the brand, it's because it is - and we definitely are. Good, bad or indifferent, this site's intended purpose (as well as our Facebook group) is the absolute candor about our collective experiences.
If you have issues with your motorcycle, anything that is a manufacture issue, call your dealer for support. If your dealer isn't being helpful as you'd like them to be - please reach out to sales@clevelandcyclewerks.com
Thus far we are one of the only communities that the Manufacturer and their affiliates openly assist us.
Origin of the ‘Tha’ in CCW Tha Riders
When CCW first released its line of bikes in 2010, naming their bikes required federal filing for their wordmarks. Since common names like ‘Heist’, ‘Misfit’ and ‘Ace’ are very difficult and otherwise insanely expensive to copyright, including the proper spelling of ‘The’, the work-around was to use the phonetic spelling, ‘Tha’. And since our site was launched not long after CCW launched ‘Tha Heist’, it was only appropriate to call ourselves, ‘Tha Riders’. And here we are almost 10 years later, still holding on to the nostalgic name. Call it cool, call it weird, just don’t call us ‘The’ Riders : )
We truly appreciate the community that we have built here and hope to continue the great relationships between consumer and manufacturer/dealer.
